Default Question from another newbie!

Hi!

My name is Kelly and I just joined. I'm about to upload my first video review but I have a question first. I noticed that once I clicked on videos to review my invitation, it had a line that said: "Number of videos left that can earn points 37 out of 50." What exactly does that mean? Does it mean that the first 50 people to upload a video about it are elliglbe to earn points? Can anyone clarify?

Thank you!
Kelly

Hi Kelly and welcome to EXPO! The first 50 approved videos can earn points for that particular assignment. We screen videos in the order that they come in, so as long as you're one of the first 50 and your video meets our guidelines you'll get points for the assignment.

Here are a few tips from our FAQs on making a good video review:
Any good video has a beginning, middle and end. Make sure you introduce to viewers the product you are going to review, spend about a minute on the actual review where you demonstrate key features and provide your honest opinions. There isn't a hard and fast rule on video length, but most good reviews are around one and a half to two minutes in length.

Thanks Sarah! Maybe you can help me with another issue? I've already sent in an email but I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I am trying to upload my first video - I've accepted the assignment and then when I go to videos I can't seem to do anything. I try clicking on Add a product, a pop up screen comes up that says "select the product you are reviewing" with nothing else on the screen to select. When I click on Upload Video, the screen just refreshes and nothing else happens. Am I completely missing something here? I have Windows Vista, and I just made sure I have the most recent Adobe Flash. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! I was so excited to get started and now I'm bummed that I can't!!

Thank you!!
Kelly
