Default Newbie here with a question (:

Alrighty ~

I joined a few days ago and after seeing that I can redeem points
for items of my choice I decided to check it out. My problem though
is that it wont let me in. It shows the log in page, but when I put in my
information in, it says to try again. I figured that maybe my password was
being put in wrong, so I requested a new PW, but no luck. It got sent
to me in an email and everything, but the log in still didn't work. Any help?

:c

Try clicking on your points and then click on the store banner.

That's what I'm doing, but it gives me a log in page for perksplus. I figured
the user name and PW were the same from the expo log in, so I tried that but
no luck. Then I figured maybe I had to make an account at perksplus, but
that was a no go too o.o

Edit: I'm using Firefox btw.

We are currently looking into this issue and will update this thread as soon as we know what is happening. If you can, try using IE.

In order to access the store you need to have your Firefox options set to receive 3rd Party Cookies. When you install of Firefox this is checked off by default so most people who use Firefox do not see the Perks login page. However if you disable this setting you will receive the perks login page. To re-enable it, do the following.

For Firefox 3.0
Go to Tool > Options > Privacy
Then check the box that says "Accept third party cookies" and click OK

For Firefox 3.5

Go to Tool > Options > Privacy and select "Use custom settings for history"
Then check the box that says "Accept third party cookies" and click OK

Hmm...

I tried IE *shutters*, and it works just fine.

I'll try changing the options for Firefox in a bit though.
Thank you very much (:
