Default Hello! I'm new and have a question!

I purchased 2 $5 Amazon E-Gift Certificates a little while back (I think it's been over a week) and I haven't received a confirmation e-mail or my gift certificates. When I made these purchases, I didn't realize that I had to wait 72 hours for my points to be able to be redeemed and it showed I had a negative amount of points, but then after the 72 hours it was back to normal and had deducted the points for my purchase. I'm just wondering if I have to wait a little longer because my points were pending for those 72 hours after I made the purchase or if the whole transaction got messed up? Anyone else had this happen? I just want to make sure I get my gift certificates. The first one I purchased showed up in my e-mail really quickly, and these ones are taking a while, so I'm not sure what the deal is.

Also, is there a page where you can see how many points you used to redeem what item and the date you made the purchase?

I am in need of some help! Thanks

Hi lanes282, welcome and sorry to hear that you haven't received your confirmation email for the e-certificates. If you have specific questions about your account, please fill out our Contact Us form and we will look into the issue for you.

Regarding where you can find the number of points you've redeemed, log in to you EXPO account, then click on the 'Store' link. Once you are in the store, click 'My Account' and you will be able to see the orders you've placed.
