Is it 100% Necessary to have myself in the video?

I was just wondering is it 100% necessary? When I uploaded a video with a screen capture and myself talking, it got pulled down and I was told to have a myself in the video once or twice.
I am planning quite an epic movie review for ExpoTV a sort of debue thing for myself and it would spoil the video slightly to have myself in it. Could there be some what of a pardon that is if you think that its worthy?
If its a plagiarism issue I can provide the require proof that I made the video.

P.S - Any idea when the August - September payments will be issued? I thought it was end/beginning of each month?

Hi MrShell, thanks for asking. We do require that members appear on camera in all videos. This makes for a much more personal product review and allows people searching for reviews on our site to make a connection with the reviewer.

Regarding August payments, they will be coming very soon. September payments will be sent at the end of October.
