From time to time we offer higher incentives for activities like answering Ask An Owner questions and referring friends to EXPO to provide members with other ways to participate. These incentives are promotions and will come and go.

Beginning on Thursday, November 19^th EXPO will no longer offer points for these activities and will be transitioning both programs into monthly drawings. Here's a quick overview of the changes.we will update the site with more details and official rules tomorrow.

Refer-A-Friend Sweepstakes
Monthly Prizes: (4) $25 Amazon Gift Cards
Members will receive a sweepstakes entries for each new member they get to join and confirm their account. Members will receive an additional entry every time one of their referred friends goes on to have a video approved and published to the site.


Ask-An-Owner Sweepstakes

Monthly Prizes: (4) $25 Amazon Gift Cards
Members will receive a sweepstakes entry every time they answer a new question to a product they have reviewed.

To kick start the new rewards program, we offered a few super-charged incentives to get the community excited (and earning lots of points) for answering questions asked by other people researching products online.

This incentive will move to its standard rate in soon.

Beginning Monday, November 2nd you will have the opportunity to earn rewards for up to 20 questions and will earn 25 points per question that you answer. Not to worry though, because we will double the number of questions you can earn points for answering.

We’ve been thrilled with all the information sharing going on within the community and thank you for helping others make smart buying decisions. Keep up the good work!

We've made a change to the way you will see your point earnings displayed in your profile.

Points now have two different statuses: Pending, and Available for Redemption. Points will be held in Pending status for 72 hours after they are earned. This allows us adequate time to screen your video uploads and other point-earning activities to make sure that our community standards are being met.

Once the 72 hours have passed, your Pending points will become available for redemption so that you can exchange them for cool stuff in the Expo Store.
