Upload System Is Temporarily Down

Our upload system is currently not working. We are looking into this issue and will get it fixed ASAP. Please stay tuned for an update in this forum thread.

Good news, we've figured out what the problem is. Our upload system uses information from Amazon and they are upgrading some things on their site right now. We're working to sync our system with their upgrades so that you can get back to uploading your videos as per usual.

Again, sorry for any inconvenience and we'll keep you posted here on how long this will take to fix.

We've disabled our product selector tool on the upload page. But no worries, you can still upload product reviews!

As a temporary solution, you should click the "Still No Matches? Click Here" button found on the upload page after selecting "Product Reviews" from the drop down menu.

From there you can enter all the information about the product and then upload your review.

Great news! Our product selector tool has been fixed and you can now search for the product you are uploading as per usual.
