Video Processing Issue

Hi everyone, we are currently having an issue with processing videos once they have been uploaded. This issue began yesterday evening (August 10).

We are working to fix the problem but I wanted to make you aware in case you have tried to upload a video since last night. If your video is in Video Error status, please know that we have in fact received it and the error status is related to this issue.

We'll let you know as soon as this is fixed.

This problem has been resolved so you should start to see any Video Error status videos show up in Pending status shortly. Thanks for your patience!
