Do people really rely on Expo money to survive? That's a bit sad.

It pays rent for my wife and I - and at roughly $30-50/hr it sure beats any student job I have that was $8 / hr. Of course I also have a part time teaching job at $17/hr, but look at the figures here... doing Expo TV reviews are worthwhile!

Oh yes, I dont really have much of a job, I referee for soccer matches and I usually get 15 bucks per game, basically per hour. So it depends on how many kids are playing a cool sport. But yeah expo helps me pay for my bills, and also small gifts such as mothers day(which i dont think i will be able to get...)

Hi guys,

Here's the update! We're very aware of this and are doing everything we can to get payments processed and Videopinions published as quickly as we can. So you're aware of what's going on, we're doing some really necessary technology updates related to the re-launch of the site. We're hoping to be done with these updates soon and we really apologize for this delay. If you have a question about your specific account, please contact us: http://www.expotv.com/about/contact

Thanks,
Emily (Team Expo!)

I am sure that the new members have started freaking out by now... i know one of my friends stopped making videos because of the delayed payment. I am an old member, so i can trust ExpoTV, but instead of saying "soon"...or "in a few days"... it would be a good idea to give a time frame, something like 3rd week of May or so.

Thanks for the feedback! We always strive to give as specific timeframes as possible... However, as you can imagine, dates can move around, so we want to make sure not to disappoint anyone by giving deadlines that we may not be able to meet. We do expect to be able to get back to reviewing and paying by early next week and we're looking forward to getting to see what everyone's been creating recently!

This is my first month at expo. I uploaded 8 videos for April. The first one was pending for weeks and now says "video error". Could this be the upload problem this thread is talking about? Thanks!
